Gifts and Legacies

“Please remember the Labrador Lifeline Trust in your Will. A gift in your Will can help the Trust in its work”

Residuary Legacies

Leaving a residuary legacy, which is a share of percentage of your estate once other gifts and payments have been made, means your gift keeps pace with inflation. To leave a residuary legacy we suggest the following wording:-

I give [all] or [insert percentage] of my residuary estate to Labrador Lifeline Trust (registered charity number 1076061) of 6 Tottenham Close, Bramley, Tadley, Hampshire RG26 5NW to be applied for its general purposes and I declare that the receipt of the Treasurer or other appropriate officer shall be a complete discharge to my Trustees

Pecuniary Legacies

To leave a pecuniary legacy (a cash sum), we suggest the following wording:-
I give £[insert amount] to Labrador Lifeline Trust (registered charity number 1076061) of 6, Tottenham Close, Bramley, Tadley, Hampshire RG26 5NW to be applied for its general purposes and I declare that the receipt of the Treasurer or other appropriate officer shall be a complete discharge to my Trustees.
